“Build quality of the PC was excellent - everything very neat and tidy. I initially had a problem in that the power supply was a bit noisy, which was easily solved by the swap and return of the power supply with a higher specification model.

You *can* hear the PC - but it has to be a quiet room and you have to be listening for it. otherwise its sound is easily swamped by the tinest background noise.
