Prompt emails were sent when the order was made and throughout. A part was out of stock and rather than just wait till it came in and slow the build time they informed me of this and very kindly offered a replacement model of higher spec free of charge. Built and delivered under their promise of 7 days. No hesitation in using them in the future, 10 out of 10.”
